Funaura is an offline-first local party games suite. We do not operate remote user databases, authentication backends, advertising trackers, or telemetry pipelines. All your game settings, custom prompt decks, and gameplay state reside solely inside local storage on your personal device.
1. Information We Do NOT Collect
Because Funaura operates entirely client-side, we collect zero personal information across all party game modes. Specifically, we do NOT collect or process:
- Personal Identification Data: No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or social media handles.
- Device & Telemetry Identifiers: No Advertising IDs (IDFA/GAID), IMEI, MAC address, or device fingerprinting.
- Location Data: No GPS, IP address tracing, or Wi-Fi location tracking.
- Gameplay & Custom Game Inputs: Any custom truths, dares, or party game prompts created in the app remain strictly on your local SQLite database.
2. How Your Data Is Stored (SQLite Local Engine)
Funaura utilizes an embedded local database (SQLite via Drift framework) stored exclusively within your device's isolated application storage container.
- Your data is never transmitted over the internet or backed up to remote servers managed by Funaura.
- Uninstalling the application automatically purges all locally saved party game decks, custom prompts, and app settings permanently.
3. Network Permissions & Internet Access
Funaura does not require internet connectivity to function. The application contains no background sync workers, web sockets, or remote API endpoints. You can safely run Funaura in complete Airplane Mode without any loss of functionality.
4. Third-Party Services & Analytics
Unlike standard free-to-play mobile apps, Funaura integrates zero third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) for analytics, advertising, or crash reporting. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook SDK, Unity Ads, or any ad networks.
5. Children's Privacy Compliance
Funaura is safe for all party enthusiasts and strictly complies with global privacy legislation, including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Because we do not collect personal data from anyone, children's personal information is never collected or compromised.
6. Website Privacy & Server Logs
If you visit this website (funaura website), our static web host may log standard HTTP request headers (such as user-agent and requested file path) purely for network bandwidth delivery and security protection. No tracking cookies or web beacons are placed on your web browser.
7. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically if new offline party game modes are added. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated "Effective Date".

Funaura grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the party games application solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices owned or controlled by you.
3. Party Game Safety & Conduct Disclaimer
- Users are strictly responsible for exercising reasonable care, common sense, and personal discretion when carrying out challenges or responding to game questions.
- Never attempt any challenge that involves unsafe acts, illegal activities, dangerous physical stunts, harassment, or non-consensual behavior.
- Participants always reserve the absolute right to decline any party game prompt without penalty.
4. Intellectual Property
All original visual assets, logos (including Funaura appbar icons), party game prompt decks, codebases, and brand typography are the exclusive intellectual property of the Funaura app maintainers. You may not reverse-engineer, re-package, or re-distribute commercial clones of Funaura without express written authorization.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS-IS")
Funaura is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the application will operate uninterrupted or error-free on every hardware configuration.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Funaura's creators and maintainers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the application, party game activities, or website.
